I received an incorrect charge. What should I do?

Bookings are made exclusively online through Bauking. If you believe the charge is incorrect, open a ticket to initiate a review based on the Payment and Billing procedures (Art. 10).

Open a Support Ticket. The Property is subject to Complaint Management (Art. 11) and Liability (Art. 13), and Bauking can intervene.
